Invitation-only beta
Orensa is offered to a small group of invited U.S. participants for testing. Access may be extended, restricted, or ended at any time.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the activity that occurs under your account.
Permitted use
Orensa is for your personal reflection, preparation, and professional development. Do not use it to violate any law, infringe another person's rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Prohibited content
Do not enter into Orensa:
- Passwords, account numbers, or payment card data.
- Customer records, regulated records (health, financial, legal), or confidential employer documents.
- Sensitive employee data such as full names, government IDs, or performance records.
Use roles or initials rather than full names when describing other people.
AI-generated content
Coach responses, Brief drafts, Replay analyses, transcripts, and pattern suggestions are generated by AI systems. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. Do not rely on them for consequential decisions without your own judgment. Transcription may contain errors.
Not professional advice
Orensa is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, human-resources, or emergency advice. In an emergency contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Responsibility for others
You are responsible for the information you enter about other people. Consider what your colleagues, direct reports, family members, and clients would expect about how their information is described.
Changes and interruptions
Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed during the beta. We may notify you of material changes through the app.
Intellectual property
Orensa, the AI Presence Coach™, BLOOM Methodology, and related content (including Corporate Fables, rituals, letters, and frameworks by Monica Clarke-Paque and The Luxury Coach®) are protected by intellectual-property rights. Nothing in this beta grants you permission to reproduce, teach, or resell that content.
You retain rights to the content you create in your account.
Termination and account removal
You may leave the beta at any time by signing out and requesting account deletion. We may suspend or end an account that misuses the service or violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
The final limitation-of-liability, warranty-disclaimer, indemnification, arbitration, and governing-law language will be added and reviewed by qualified U.S. counsel before public launch. Until then, use the beta at your discretion and with the understanding that it is experimental software.
