What Orensa™ collects, and why.

Information you provide

When you use Orensa you may create:

• Conversations with Noire, your Presence Coach
• Briefs
• Presence Replays (audio recordings and transcripts)
• Journal entries
• Presence Checks (answers and scores)
• Approved patterns (memory you have explicitly saved)

You also provide your name, email, and any information you type or record.

How Orensa uses it

• Provide the coaching response, Brief, or Replay you request.
• Transcribe recordings you submit.
• Save patterns you have explicitly approved.
• Personalize recommendations when that setting is enabled.
• Maintain and improve app reliability and diagnose errors.

AI processing

When you use an AI-powered feature, the information needed to perform that feature is securely sent to our AI service providers for processing. AI processing does not happen entirely inside your device.

Today, the following categories of processing occur:

• Noire's responses — your conversation is sent to a large-language-model provider through the Lovable AI Gateway.
• Brief generation — your Brief conversation and summary are processed by the same gateway.
• Replay transcription — audio you submit is sent to a speech-to-text provider through the gateway.
• Replay analysis and questions — the transcript is sent to a large-language-model provider for structured analysis.
• Adaptive recommendation and pattern suggestions — recent messages with Noire may be summarized by the gateway to propose a pattern for you to approve.

AI providers process your information only to return the response you requested.

Replay recordings

• Recording begins only after you tap Record. Your browser asks for microphone permission.
• Audio is uploaded to a private storage bucket for transcription after you submit.
• You may type instead of recording.
• When the "delete audio after transcription" setting is on (the default), audio is deleted immediately once the transcript is created.
• If transcription fails, the recording is retained temporarily so you can retry.
• The transcript remains after the audio is deleted.
• You can delete the recording, the transcript, or the entire Replay from the Replay screen.

Memory and personalization

• Personalization is off unless you turn it on. While it is off, Orensa does not read across your history: your coach conversation continues normally within the conversation itself, but past journals, Presence Checks, Replays, Briefs, saved patterns and internal memory are not brought into it.
• While personalization is off, no new internal memory is formed and Mosaic does not synthesise anything new.
• Saved patterns are the ones you have explicitly approved, and you can see, edit or remove them at any time. Internal memory is a separate, distilled working layer Orensa keeps to hold continuity; it is only formed and only read with personalization on.
• Turning personalization off stops new adaptive recommendations and new synthesis. It hides historical intelligence rather than deleting anything you have written — use the deletion requests below to remove content.

BLOOM and Presence scores

Presence scores and BLOOM stages are reflective product tools based on information you provide and activity within Orensa. They are not diagnoses, psychological tests, employment ratings, or objective measures of leadership ability.

Who can access your information

• Your private account content is scoped to your signed-in account through database row-level security.
• Authorized service providers (see AI processing above, plus hosting, authentication, and email) may process limited information to operate the features you request.
• Your content is not publicly visible by default.

What is not sold

Orensa does not sell personal information and does not use your content for targeted advertising. There is no advertising integration in the beta.

Retention

• Coach, Brief, Journal, Presence Check, patterns: retained until you delete them or close your account.
• Replay audio (successful transcription): deleted immediately when the delete-audio setting is enabled (the default).
• Replay audio (failed transcription): retained so you can retry, then removed once the retry succeeds or you delete the Replay.
• Application logs and diagnostic error reports: retained only as long as needed for troubleshooting.
• Recommendation feedback: retained until you delete related content or close your account.

Your choices

• Edit or delete any approved pattern.
• Disable personalization.
• Delete an individual Replay, or delete the audio and keep the transcript.
• Request a copy of your Orensa data.
• Request account deletion.
• Contact us with a privacy or security concern.
